Many of these recipes were used frequently at my house until we became more health conscious and moved on to counting calories for weight loss.
Don't be afraid to experiment a bit - add your own seasonings, or change the quantities of some ingredients.
I re-organized my recipe "collection" which consisted of clippings from magazines and newspapers, gathered over 25 years.
I put the recipes in folders, by topic, and try them occasionally. It may take years to get through them all!
I add the ones I like to these pages. I will add calorie counts where available.
8.Other (don't fit elsewhere)
It seems that there is always a 'food fad' going on.
As I write this, it is 'gluten free'. You know, few people need a gluten free diet. There is a simple test to check for celiac disease.
I do not think we should restrict our food choices like that unless it is necessary.
