Barbecued Pork Chops

4 fairly thick pork chops

Sauce:*

1 cup water

4 Tablespoons dry mustard

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.

Put the pork chops in a glass baking dish and pour sauce over. Cover with foil.

Bake at 400 F. for about 1 1/2 hours.

*You may use one half of the sauce recipe, but I like to use the larger amount so the chops are completely covered.
