Beef Burrito Casserole

Topping:

1 lb. ground beef

2 cups salsa sauce

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced black, pitted olives

Crust:

1 14 oz. can refried beans

1 cup tea biscuit mix

1/4 cup water

Brown ground beef in frypan. Drain.

While beef is cooking, combine the crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a greased 9 x 12 pan.

On top of crust, layer the ground beef, salsa, cheese, and garnish with the olive slices.

Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and/or sour cream.
