Egg Salad

6 hard cooked eggs, chopped

1 - 2 Tablespoons green pickle relish

1 1/2 teaspoons mustard

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

pinch of paprika

6 Tablespoons mayonnaise

salt and pepper


Combine eggs, relish, mustard, onion, salt and paprika.

Fold in mayonnaise. Season to taste.

Makes about 2 cups.
