Ham and Noodles 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 Tablespoons butter or margerine 10 ounces cooked ham, julienned [about 2 cups] or other meat, such as sausages, cooked and cut up 2 teaspoons flour 1 cup sour cream 1 8 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained Hot cooked noodles Saute onion in butter, in a skillet over medium heat. Add ham. Cook and stir until heated. Sprinkle with flour and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Gradually stir in sour cream. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes. Serve over noodles. 6 servings
