1. Potatoes - peel, dice, boil.
2. Bacon - fry, reserve 1/4 cup bacon fat Crumble bacon.
3. Garlic sausage - cut up into cubes Fry garlic sausage in bacon fat.
4. Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bacon fat
1/4 cup vinegar
3 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper
Mix mayonnaise and bacon fat. Heat in small saucepan until creamy.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Heat. Add bacon and heat, stirring constantly.
5. Mix garlic sausage and potatoes.
Stir in sauce. Heat together.
