Quick Skillet Supper

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

a little olive oil for pan

2 cups hot water

1 - 14 oz. can tomatoes

1/4 cup Heinz 57

1 tsp. salt

dash of pepper

1 cup uncooked macaroni

Brown the beef and onions in olive oil.

Drain any excess fat.

Stir in water and the remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.

Simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes, and until the liquid is absorbed and macaroni is cooked.

Variation: Instead of the onion, tomatoes and Heinz 57, add a packet of taco seasoning mix with the water.

Cook as original, then top finished dish with chopped fresh tomato, shredded lettuce and 1/3 cup of sour cream.
