Salisbury Steak 4 1 pound ground beef 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 T. chopped fresh parsley or dried, optional 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 - 10 oz. can of beef or mushroom gravy potatoes or egg noodle, cooked and drained Combine the beef with 1 T. Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and parsley. Form into 4 patties. Heat oil or butter in a skillet and cook the patties for about 5 minutes, then turn. Add the onion and cook another 10 minutes. Add the gravy and the remaining tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat and cook until the onions are soft, about 10 minutes. Toss the noodles, if using, with some butter and salt, then serve with the patties and gravy.
