Boil 3 cups cubed potatoes until tender -- may leave skin on.
Drain, reserving 2 Tablespoons of the potato water.
Add 1/4 cup Miracle Whip, or other salad dressing, 1 teaspoon horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Mash, adding cooking water, if needed to yield soft and fluffy potatoes.
