Supper Rice with Pepperoni

1 onion, cut up in small pieces

1 red or green pepper, cut up in small pieces

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 to 2 cups pepperoni and/or beef salami cut up in small chunks

3 cups rice, cooked in chicken or beef broth and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

Saute vegetables.

Add pepperoni/beef salami.

Add cooked rice.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
